@Fidomobile Worst Service ever. Shouldn’t take 6 hours to get ahold of customer service. Switching Providers.

  • Hadiyahh_ Hads (@Hadiyahh_) reported

@Fidomobile is honestly the worst with their customer service. If you're planning on choosing a mobile service and expect any sort of response or customer service when in need of help, pick any courier BUT Fido.

  • TeamJonasMars not here (@TeamJonasMars) reported

@Fidomobile literally DON'T GET FIDO IN YOUR LIFE. They charge you 150 dollars of international roaming when you didn't even use the service. Furthermore they have held my 150 deposit for more than a year when I ALWAYS payed on time.

  • adventureinfly Mike Taylor (@adventureinfly) reported

Friends, allow me to caution you against @Fidomobile internet and their absolutely abysmal customer service.

  • seetsirbas Christos Tsirbas (@seetsirbas) reported

@FidoSolutions @fidomobile @fidosolutions email invoices are not itemized. To retrieve/archive an itemized invoice requires several steps. If you provided itemized invoices to begin with, this would not be a problem. This is poor customer service and asking $15 per PDF compounds it.

  • Zer0o0o1 Ana kathir (@Zer0o0o1) reported

@Fidomobile why are you not able to waive a long distance call that was made accidently? My dad might have called or pocket dialed a wrong number and your agents are refusing to remove this call from our bill. My dad never makes long distance calls using mobile..

  • kishore24nitw Kishore (@kishore24nitw) reported

@Fidomobile Fido is not resolving issues and trying to exploit customers. Especially students. Customer care takes hours to respond and they create new issues instead of resolving. Please don’t take their services and avoid them at all possibilities. They are useless.

  • parth_mehta_98 Mehta Parth (@parth_mehta_98) reported

@Fidomobile Fido is the worst operator to be with!!! It seems like fido doesn’t care about their customers anymore. Your customer service department should be improved.

  • bjnagel Bart Nagel (@bjnagel) reported

    1. Decide phone bill is too big. 2. Phone @Fidomobile. 3. Wait for callback. 4. Hold. 5. Speak to useless 1st-tier support. 6. Hold ~30 mins for retention. 7. Spend 45 mins negotiating and waiting on their technical difficulties. (Nice lady though.) 8. End up somewhat satisfied.

@Fidomobile must be the most trash provider ever - how you give my number to someone else when I literally called to ask to temporarily suspend my number bc Im travelling? How do you make “mistakes” on bills by charging calls I clearly never made? 😤😤
