@Fidomobile why tell me to contact you privately? I DID- I was told sorry, but no can do to reverse roaming charges for a country I was never in.

@Fidomobile All that was done- 2 calls to your customer service dept. I was told that this was unfortunate, but I would still have to pay. Will definitely be looking to switch providers. Very poor customer service.

The quality of @Fidomobile internet is so utter **** that it’s better to use WiFi when possible. I wouldn’t use this **** carrier if I didn’t have a work related discount on it. Just utter trash

@Fidomobile What do I need to do to receive a call or cancel my service? I have already called customer service and scheduled a callback twice, but nothing has worked. I no longer want to keep waiting, I just want this issue resolved.

@cheezyplays_ @Fidomobile It will be best if you don't waste your whole time waiting for the support team cause will not ain any vital assistance from them I have come across it but I was recommended to @markcyber01 he is the best tech check him out.

@Fidomobile Beyond frustrated trying to connect with a customer service rep. The automated service is designed to not have the customer be able to speak to a human.
