Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

Nojan Emd (@EmdNojan306) reported@Fidomobile hi everyone my voicemail is still is on French and Fido Indian customer support said it was fixed. It’s not
-
ToniTonTony (@tonitontony) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile i call to fix my account when i signed up for mobile plan but your tech rep created another account under my name instead of fixing it, i need to cancel one of my account immediately
-
Michelle Almeida (@xalmeida12345) reported@Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

👑 (@nellatiffy) reported@Fidomobile customer service is literally HELL. To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. FML

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

Pierre(Peter) Nault (@WesleyAdams17) reported@SolaTheAnalyst Phone bills are another issue. My @Fidomobile bill went up $8 in two months. Every month is another $4 increase. They say it's necessary to serve us better and that it's a one-time increase. Then, next month, it goes up again.

Fari Tow (@EffTee1) reported@Fidomobile Fido is increasing their "agreed mobile service rates" very often! this is really disappointing. @FidoSolutions #UhhappyCustomer
