    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile your customer service is a joke. I referred someone in July 22, & it’s Jan23 & your team is has been giving me the run around. How silly do you sound withholding a $50 credit for 6+ months. Customer of 15 years and y’all counting pennies. Do better 🙄

    @Fidomobile @CBCNews @CP24 Chasing fido for the last 2 months to fix the mistake done by fido agent. Nothing done so far except assurances. Shame... Worst customer service.....

    @FidoSolutions I am not getting a solution. @Fidomobile you are charging me $24 for sending a whatsapp text and receiving a call from my child's school. Fair enough???? I requested the customer support to waive it and they said if it's just that little usage they will consider it to waive it.

    thats why I continued to use my intrl. calling feature like before but i recently found out that i got charged an exorbitant sum of $160 (CAD) for the same. Tried to talk to the customer care. No solution or cooperation from anyone. Rude and inconsiderate. NEED HELP ! @Fidomobile
