@Fidomobile I have a byod plan, in QC and the best I was offered by customer service yesterday was 1GB at $35. This is my second line, so I will be switching.

@Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.

@Fidomobile over an hour wait time, still not connected with someone to discussion an error on your end with my bill. The prompts for “Ask Jack” are horrible! HELP!
