1/2 2 years ago my wife and I switched back over to @Fidomobile from @VirginPlus because of the much better deal that we were offered for being their "valued customer for a long time". After the recent embarrassment that @Rogers portrayed through a multi-day nationwide outage,...

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Fidomobile thanks for your reply. I was told I would be contacted by the OOP a couple of days ago. It's been 4 BD now, 5 if you include the outage. I would like to hear back from them today please.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Now it has been a week that your connection keeps going on and off. Are you ever gonna fix it?

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

@Fidomobile charging me $339 to 'roam like home', NOT. Worst. GPS kept losing signal so a drive that should take 13mins at midnight took me 2 hrs to get home last night, and a scary tour through the darkest alleys, in L.A. not safe.

The state is Canada's telecom is abysmal. Last week my cellphone carrier @Fidomobile / @Rogers went out of service for a record breaking 24+ hours. Now my internet provider @ShawInfo is suffering an outage. So happy that Roger/Shaw merger didn't go through.

@Fidomobile is back to 3G instead of LTE and a terrible connection. Get it together!
