@FidoSolutions Don’t know what you mean. The problem is @Fidomobile your customer service is not working. I set up 3 calls through 611 to talk to a person and 3 times did not receive a call at all yet did receive voicemails that stated I was unreachable. Please fix this

If Rogers is crediting five days worth of service, what can we expect from @Fidomobile? They are responsible for my service and I didn't have any

@FidoSolutions I am receiving calls fine. It happened again for the 3rd time. Fido leaves a message that I was unavailable. My recent calls and missed calls do not show any calls coming in. Please talk with your IT dept @Fidomobile and fix this

Here’s my question: do the folks at @Fidomobile who also got their service cut because of the @Rogers fiasco also get some measly credits?

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $6.50. I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Fidomobile When you call Fido 611 and request a person call you back… they set the time up however they never call you, instead they do leave voicemails saying that you were unreachable. Very frustrating and very poor customer service

@Fidomobile charges $339/mth to 'roam like home', NOT. TheWorst GPS kept losing signal so a drive that should take 13mins took me 2 hrs to get home last night, and a scary tour through the darkest barren alleys, in L.A. not safe.

i'm so tired of your virtual assistant and your customer service staff via chat. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions has not only had the service interruption but was deliberately misleading in its plan selection and has changed my plans without my permission. :)

@Fidomobile please, for real, get your Credit Operations situation calmed down ASAP. Being one month behind is no reason to have to hear from Credit Operations 4 times a week for being a little behind. Especially since the goodwill isn't exactly there after July 8...
