Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

Eric Attard (@attard1978) reported@Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.
