@Fidomobile Your officials at store told me my phone is compatible with new 3g retd. (Interaction# 12434132361), yet you charged me $84 for non compliance.. Why should I pay fine when I was told wrong info from store itself? Its cheating. I can actually take you to court. Help!

@Fidomobile Thank you for your reply. I’m sorry, but I’m not comfortable speaking on the phone due to a past negative experience with a customer service call. I would really appreciate it if we could resolve this matter through DM or email instead.

@Fidomobile I need to speak with a support agent. The chat is telling me to call 1-888-481-3436, but when I call that number, they say they're having trouble coordinating to call me back. Can you help me?

  • Who_knewit Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported

@Fidomobile No, well yes, but, the time slot was the next day. I have 2 lines, I want to cancel one and I can't figure it out online. I work 10 hours a day, I am a single father, that day was the only legit time I had to make that call and now I'm screwed paying another $200 I don't want to.

  • DFYdigital_ Diana Yaz (@DFYdigital_) reported

After 15 years of service, it is time to part ways @Fidomobile . My patience has run out.

  • Harisarr Heyris 𓂆 (@Harisarr) reported

Canceling @Fidomobile after 10 years. Charged me extra $100 without an explanation and dealt with rude customer service. Would not recommend ever

@Fidomobile I need support, can you contact me, please?

  • atKeithWatts Keith Watts (@atKeithWatts) reported

@Fidomobile I have booked a call back but tomorrow is too late to handle this situation. I've been trying to get help with this since 11 am to no avail.

  • seba_rvr Seba-RVR (@seba_rvr) reported

@Fidomobile Hi, I need to speak with an agent to request a refund for the unused credit on my account. When I call your support, it says there’s an issue coordinating a callback. I believe this may be because my account is cancelled, but I should still be able to get assistance.
