@Fidomobile Worst service. Today from morning can’t make outgoing calls nor internet is working. Not even able to reach customer care. Haven’t seen a daylong outage for any service provider.

@FerretSquid13 @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hey, you don't have to worry about not being able to call 911. Emergency calls are not blocked by a service outage. You are still able to call, you just need to stay on the line. The only thing it affects is the 911 operator being unable to call you back if you disconnect.

@RogersHelps An email from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions would have been extremely helpful and would have saved me hours of troubleshooting my phone's lack of cellular service.
