They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.
