@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

Being trans is enough of a challenge, companies should not make our lives harder by making name change processes hidden and archaic. Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

hey @Fidomobile i enjoy having you as my provider however you frequently promote @shawacademy a company that its sole purpose is to scam people, they unlawfully got 35 dollars from me that they don't want to refund but I'm sure there are worst cases out there
