I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

I was almost stranded in a different city last month because I could not call myself an Uber because my data was not working everything im out it don’t work!!!

Your store does not have the stock in spite of website showing it in stock. Dont know why you guys make us use express pickup if you cant deliver your promise.

Am I surprised? No. Do I have to call in and waste over an hour on hold now? Yes. Another Fail? It never ends.
