    Being trans is enough of a challenge, companies should not make our lives harder by making name change processes hidden and archaic. Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

    @FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

    @livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Hi, I was told that Pinal at credit operations would call me back within 48 hours to help me resolve my issue. That was on Jan 30, I’m still waiting for the call back, this was an appointment made by one of your agents.

    @Fidomobile I am facing a issue of misinformation. I was informed that I am getting a 50gb unlimited data and text plan. But I got only “50GB” data plan in which,“I only get 50gb & data will be paused if I cross the limit”, I will need to top up in order to get more data.

    @FidoSolutions The problem is that @Fidomobile thinks they can pick when & how a customer communicated with them but it is up to the customer. Expecting us to make an appointment to reach someone by phone is disgusting. Moving to Telus!

    Why we strongly recommend all businesses to NEVER outsource support. I was on a 45 minute call with #fido just for Ms Kamal @Fidomobile to give me excuses, continually making typing sounds and still not able to do a simple SIM migration.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got my issue sorted within mins by pretending I'm a new customer &calling, all while the inept Chat Rep had me on hold as she "read notes on my file". Anyone reading this call Fido pretending you are new do not give in to their new system #FidoSucks
