@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

So not only do I get scam calls all the time, but now they're using my number to call people, and those people are calling me back because I "called" them. This is ridiculous. Will a new phone number even fix this? What do I do? @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!
