@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

Being trans is enough of a challenge, companies should not make our lives harder by making name change processes hidden and archaic. Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

Why is the @Fidomobile website such garbage? I'm just trying to look at phone plans and it's giving me a loading animation literally every time I click a page for about 20 seconds. You're a telecommunications company. This should embarrass you.

@Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.

@Fidomobile I’ve been getting spam phone calls every 20 minutes all day long each time from a different 965 number. I’ve tried calling Fido but there doesn’t seem to be a way to talk to a human. Is there someone who can help out with this?

@Fidomobile I called just to switch my internet service to my new home and you created two acct. I called back to cancel the old service and your agents cancelled Both! Just on the phone for 3hrs reps come back with no solution and call hangs up 😡

hey @Fidomobile Whats going on with your services? I keep getting a "We hit a snag" alert whenever I try to log into the website or app. Ive changed my password many times, different computer and cleared my history. No Luck. And your 1-888-481-3436 was no help

@Fidomobile ...when a customer does not make a payment, you are after his or her life to ensure payment is made. However, when you have to make a payment to your customer, you will ensure to not make the payment and torture your ex-customer.
