Faye ππ»ββοΈ (@ffurdyk) reported@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when Iβve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.
-
connor (@_connorrr_) reported@Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.
-
π Chris Parry (@ChrisParry) reportedI have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reportedI've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)

Kevin (@Kevin55515892) reported@cptsilvertooth @Fidomobile I cancelled my service with Fido too. Everyone else should do the same
-
SC (@shark7456) reportedSigned up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

Josh Robins (@joshie2424) reported@Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. Itβs all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.
-
Watmough.eth (@Watmougheth) reportedWhat gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
-
Georgina Perez (@Georgin51424274) reported@Fidomobile is there anyone in customer service who is actually willing to help?
