    @DesreeJames @Fidomobile There is an outage, Canada wide, for both Fido and Rogers. Estimated time of return: 5pm EST.

    Utter disappointment over @freedomesupport service. I activated a prepaid SIM card on 5th July. No incoming calls, I am still waiting for a resolution. Now after 5 days network team says they issued a number which was already ported out to @Fidomobile

    @SpencerWallace_ @dinnerwithjulie @Fidomobile Call and ask to cancel. First operator won’t cancel, will transfer you to retention dept. This dept has deals and offers regular customer service does not. Let them woo you w goodies. If unsure at any point, say you’ve gotta think about it and will call back.

    @Fidomobile my email is linked to working phone number in spite of repeated calls To customer care I am No where . I am considering to switch to some other provider if this continues.

    I don't know who needs to know this, but @Fidomobile has the worse cellular service today! No outgoing calls. This used to happen only occasionally, now it is happening for longer. Horrible service. That's all.

    Good bye @Fidomobile hello @virginmobilecan. One bar of 3G LTE in my backyard in the middle of St. Catharines was finally enough. I was in a full coverage area in the middle of three towers, but I rarely got service. My mother had the same issue.
