@Rat11j @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile When an offer like this comes up, if you call the company - as an individual - and ask what they’ll do to keep you from leaving, you can usually get the same (or better) deal. I know it sucks. I know you shouldn’t have to. But it saves them money by not offering it to everyone.

Been a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?

Hey @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile how come when I look at plans offered for ME the 12GB plan is $65 (what I'm paying now) but a NEW CUSTOMER for a BYOP it's $52?? Shouldn't I, a loyal customer for YEARS be getting the better deal? Or at least the SAME? Thanks.

@Fidomobile 1/3 Hi everyone, I am a student who lives on a tight budget and I took Fido service soon after landing in canada with my friends suggestion and I used to have a add on of 1000 international minutes for 3 dollars. One day fido offered me IPhone and I took it.

Hey @Fidomobile do you care about the safety of your customers? Leaving a single woman stranded on another country and in a potentially life threatening situation and you want to deny me a $60 credit because you want to charge me when I had no service??

I got my bill today from @Fidomobile and its the same amount as usual. What happened to a credit for the Roger outage? I at-least expected a $5 discount. I will be changing my service provider, this is unacceptable

@Fidomobile Your name should be Fraudo not Fido. My biggest mistake was to purchase a phone on your website. It has been almost a month since I returned it, but the phone is still in my account and you are charging me for it. Your customer support is useless.
