    Scheduled a @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile tech to come replace our broken modem. Waited night & day. Tech came in the evening without a modem. Wtf is the point of troubleshooting w/ the specialist & reporting we don't have a modem only for tech to come not knowing we need a modem?

    Yo @Fidomobile help! I just want to add visual voicemail and give you my $. Online won’t let me do it myself- won’t let me chat w/anyone, and the phone line said my phone # didn’t exist and then hung up on me lol am I real?

    @Fidomobile How do I file a complaint? I was offered a phone upgrade on Sunday and told I would be called back. Now get calls from Fido multiple times a day and as soon as I answer I’m hung up on. When I call in I’m told nothing is on file about a phone upgrade. Change providers?
