@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

@desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

@Fidomobile I have contacted support twice about an over payment of $260.00 and still haven’t received my refund. In #covid times this is killing me. Why is it so difficult to get anything sorted that’s not paying you?
