    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    @Fidomobile my voice msging says my phone number is invalid after having it for 7 years. I tried your online help (jack) to no avail and you don't answer my call after 45 minutes then hang up on me. What gives??

    @Fidomobile Fido,in the store they offered me 100 Cad credits per each plus don’t charge me from move to one company to another, they ended charging me the 40 dls fee plus they didn’t give me the credits, I been talking with you to solve this from 5 months ago. Worst service ever

    @Fidomobile Hey Fido I've just got my first bill and it includes activation fee and my $100 credit was not applied. I tried talking to CS but gave up after 1hour and 50mins. Need resolution asap

    @angleonfire63 @Fidomobile Phones were never 'free'. With the old subsidised plans, the cost of phones was incorporated into the plans. Large plans had more subsidy towards phones than Medium, which had more than Small etc.
