    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @Fidomobile Hi. I've signed up for a new service with Fido and a new phone. However, in my Mobile Dashboard, it shows a greater amount of money for the monthly payment program for my phone and my wife's. Who can I speak with to get this corrected?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Told me that we can’t give you that deal as you our system doesn’t allow us. So basically I didn’t get what I signed up for and they gave me 10bucks off but took 3Gb away. Don’t go for online offers. Fido disappointed me after being a loyal customer for 20 years
