  @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.

  Wooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

  @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

  @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years

  What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
