    @Fidomobile I'm not very happy with your customer service. I've been waiting on live chat logs for over 2 weeks now. What is going on over there? I'm trying to resolve an issue but agents keep saying they'll leave magical notes on my account that other agents never see apparently

    @Fidomobile hey fido, it's impossible to reach you by phone for support anymore, you are creating billing issues and we can't REACH AN AGENT? Your studid Ask Jack us USELESS.. Best way to loose your customers. I am out.

    @Fidomobile I had taken my number before I boarded from India so did not visit any store before taking number and wasn't informed in detail what the plan is, or to take care of this problem in advance. On compassionate grounds, request for your consideration of a rebate in my billing.

    Getting scammed by @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . Their YYZ kiosk is scamming new comers with discounted rates but hidden charges which only gets revealed when the bill is generated. And support is asking to deal with it on own and not helping. #scammedbyfido

    @Fidomobile : I realize I'm no longer your client. However, if you continue to harangue me - and more particularly, my kids - even having been asked to stop, I'll issue a formal complaint to the @CRTCHearings. And a criminal complaint to @calgarypolice for harassment. #Enough
