    @kendroiddddd @Fidomobile Am very sorry this guy's will never respond I’ve tried so many times none responded, all I had to do was get an external support specialist who was able to resolve this whole issue of my account getting all messed up and it worked out perfectly, his page is #Foden020 on Instagram

    @Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

    @TVFanatic8 @Fidomobile Exactly this. The lack of info and transparency is the biggest problem here. Are we talking hours, days, weeks? A ballpark would be helpful. If Fido/Rogers gave a hint days ago I could have made other arrangements.

    Hey @Fidomobile why are you only offering some customers extra free data due to the week long power outage in Ottawa? I was told it is not possible despite knowing several other customers who you helped.

    @Fidomobile been trying to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.
