    Day 3724 of being offline: @Fidomobile sent me a new iPhone through @BrightstarIns after I got a defective one and it's locked and won't even work with their own network...

    @FidoSolutions Worst experience ever. Fido offered me a better contract so I would to come back with them. Accepted the offer on May 9th. After about 6 calls and 3 credit checks on different days with FIDO, 2 weeks later I find out they never shipped the phone. @Fidomobile #FIDO
