    @Fidomobile I am hoping that someone from Fido will read this message and help me. I had a closed account with a pending balance.I've made the payment, but the account is still showing on my credit report as unpaid. What else can I do? take the matter to CRTC ?

    @s_summan @Fidomobile Your staff have same problem when someone ask knowledge questions you have no 5G then why u sell 5g phones on 4g connection now understand

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Your customer service is pretty useless. On a chat because my phone stopped working, your terrible rep asked my issue and I told her, she then replied 5 mins later saying "Thanks for confirming" and then proceeded to not say anything for 10 more mins.
