    @Fidomobile been trying to deal with a billing issue all day either through phone or chat but nothing is working please adjust my bill as I never signed up for device protection on any devices a fraud case is already been posted on my account

    @Fidomobile offers me $35 to win me back after switching from Telus due to bad deals and bad customer service. My bill comes and it ends up being $45 a month. I'm literally ready to leave again and never come back. My dad has had his Fido bill ****** up 4 times THIS MONTH.

    @AppleSupport and @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile can you pls explain to me why my 10months old iPhone 12 suddenly refuses to come on? I woke up to a blank screen! This phone is way too expensive to be doing this! Fix it!
