    @Fidomobile I received call from winback department month ago. I had discussion with them and I suppose to get a call after 3-4 days. It's been month and I haven't received call yet. I reach out to customer service twice today and also visited store but still disappointed.

    Just talked to @Fidomobile and they said there is a problem with the internet connection in my area. They will send people to fix the issue, and it might take 10min, an hour, or way longer to resolve it. They can’t promise anything… Oh, wow. >.<

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I got a write off of $87 when I switched my line from Fido to freedom mobile 2 years ago, I settled my bill with Fido when I was switching to Freedom. Can you please help me? I can’t get any car loan because of this write off

    @itsmarikae @Fidomobile I’ll give them a call, just frustrating because I’ve been here 2 months now and I keep having the same issue. I called them 3x already and they couldn’t see an issue on their end
