@DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

@Fidomobile Fido have a HORRIBLE costumer service!! They’re giving me a confusing info regarding my new account. Got a prepaid act then changed to monthly & I have a balance transfer of around $300 plus from my prepaid to my new account but haven’t gotten the balance ?!

@Fidomobile I tried to order a $10 sim card and was bombarded with questions. I have activated new lines with less information. get it together fido. your customer service sucks

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Educate your representatives properly, they let a customer sign a contract after she CLEARLY explained why she left her last cellphone provider. Lying and trapping a customer in a contract where no service is provided is terrible customer service.

@Fidomobile This was a really great gesture from @Fidomobile. I wish with the ongoing internet crisis in Iran we could also get better Intl. rates so we didn't have to go to other Intl. service providers which didn't feel any empathy like our carriers to bother at all in these hard times.
