@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It’s going off and on & it’s more off the cell service than on. Plus when I call out it goes to 3G. The internet doesn’t even work in my cell without wifi. It’s still very unreliable.

@Fidomobile @Tradgik_ Don't worry guys! They've assured me they will credit me 4 dollars for this... Absolutely ridiculous. They still couldn't explain on the phone why or when this will go back to normal. They couldn't tell me what the issue is.

@Fidomobile my home internet is out since 5AM on July 5. I still dont have internet on July 6. Customer service said that it was scheduled for maintenance until 6AM on July 6 but your team has stopped updating status at backend since 8AM on July 5 #fidointernetoutage #fidooutage

Hey @Fidomobile why dont I have any mobile data access even though it says I still have many GB remaining in this billing cycle? Service is back, data is not.
