@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know whether I should say that it's working again. It is, but a phone service that only works for part of the day is not ideal. I highly recommend that people avoid Fido. Is Fido affiliated with Rogers? @Rogers ... Yep owned by Rogers. Will avoid them too then.

@Fidomobile Satellite mobile beta experience is very poor so far. Received e-mail inviting to trial, @rogers account is required. Rogers/Shaw account not accepted. Creating new rogers account refers to phone number, called. It is main line with no clear path to account creation.

@Fidomobile I am still getting Fido bills despite having a deactivated account. Because of the deactivated account, I cannot reach customer service by phone or through your chat AI. Please help me.

@Fidomobile if you want payment I’m advising your customer service team from billing to answer the phone.

@Rogers @Fidomobile This kind of lack of service was the reason I left Rogers the first time!!!

  • Har24242 Har2424 (@Har24242) reported

@Fidomobile One hand government is saying we are controlling cell phone bills and on the other hand Fido increased $3.50 monthly from next month saying " we are assuring you to give better service" this is not acceptable we all need to cancel the service

@Fidomobile got no compassion or empathy for their customers. Customer service, non existent. The second I get back to Canada I'm cancelling my service and going to Bell

  • marthacanuck martha canuck (@marthacanuck) reported

@FidoSolutions You know what? I’ve had it with @Fidomobile and @Rogers with the lack of “face to face” customer service. I’ve cancelled my account, even when the amount that I was billed was totally inaccurate. I will NOT recommend either of these companies to anyone. Thanks but no thanks.

@Fidomobile I am surprise by this! Called rep to unblock Roaming, she confirmed its free and now I got my plan bumped up with 5 dollar extra without any confirmation from me?? Are there any customer ethics where you can investigate this false action and contract change! Please
