    @Fidomobile you offer these data packages but nothing works. If you can't manage the 5G service don't advertise it because it sucks! And why are you a subsidiary of Rogers and use their network supposedly but the service connection is still trash ? Is this Rogers sabotaging us ?

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    @Fidomobile You charged me 126$ instead of my normal monthly fees. Trying to reach your support since last 2 days. No luck, no call back. Before I go other routes I want to try here.
