    @Fidomobile My Fido internet has been down for 2 days. I've had to tether to my phone and use its data, which rapidly depleted my data for the month. Given you are my internet provider, surely there is some way you can compensate my data use this month??? Pls and thank you.

    @Fidomobile I ordered for a new iPhone 12 upgrade online on June 12, and I did not get even any shipping confirmation on it till today. When I talked to Fido customer team, they said that my order was cancelled by the system. How’s that even possible? Can you please look into it?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile. Your services are going from bad to worst. Home internet services in Mississauga are affected since yesterday. It's more than 24 hrs now. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. #fidooutage #fido

    I don’t recommend @Fidomobile at all. I am currently with a different service provider. On June 5th, they offered me a plan and iPhone 11 pro max at $33.33/m with $0 down. Deal was done and I was waiting for more than a week for the sim and the phone.
