@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

Seems a lot of others are in the same boat unfortunately, and “vast majority” does seem a bit of an overstatement. thankful i have Virgin wifi to even tweet this lol
