  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile & @Rogers, UR mobile customers would appreciate U configuring customer service support queues 2 call us back, rather than have us wait on the phone for extended periods of time (unless U call first thing in the morning) Please add your hours to after hours recording

  Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

  @Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

  The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

  @Fidomobile why is service so utterly **** at Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd?! I barely get data, I can never make effing calls. I've got to restart my phone constantly to get service here and it's been almost 3 years of it now! I'm nearong my wits end!

  @Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom

  @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.
