FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.

@Fidomobile when did roaming charges change so much? I know it's been a while since traveling - but damn, that's a jump. Not cool. So not cool.

@Fidomobile are a bunch of liars who just don't want to take ownership of the issue but instead say credit will apply next month yet it doesn't. Bunch of crooked people at @Fidomobile

I would avoid using @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions like the plague, $700 in long distance fees and no one is willing to actually help, just the same prewritten message. Disconnecting my services ASAP.

Are you a @Fidomobile user travelling overseas? You’re going to get charged roaming for every day that you have your cell turned on. Even if you turned off data roaming on your phone and never made/received a call, sent texts or used data. Yep. Fido will charge you anyway.

So @Fidomobile values new customers more than their actual customers. My dad went to their store, waited in line and the employe wouldn’t help him and told him to call Fido for help because they wouldn’t get a commission out of me. I guess loyalty isn’t important for them...
