    @Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

    Day 4 of either being on hold for hours or cannot connect with a Live Chat agent at Fido.Been trying all day for 4 days. Rogers, why are you lying on your ads with commitment to improve service ? @Fidomobile @Rogers

    Guys never ever refer your friends to fido. All they're doing is scam. I had been referred by my sister. I was supposed to receive 1 month free. It's been my 4th bill still they've sent me the bill. Big scam is being done @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Canada

    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope It’s not even shipped. Worst customer service ever from Fido. Why take an order if the phones are out of stock. They don’t even mention that phones are out of stock so we will ship it to you once back. Pathetic! 😔
