    @Fidomobile Creazy Fido, couple weeks ago a salesperson called me asked to back to Fido, but I didn’t sign any agreement and active the SIM card, today I received a bill from Fido that I have to pay the monthly fee. After that I called Fido to cancel it, customer service can’t @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Hoping you can help! I won a Sonos speaker in the Fido Xtra contest - but purolator just delivered an envelope and all it had was a card that said "Enjoy your Fido Xtra Perk" - will the speaker follow?

    @Fidomobile Well if that was working I wouldn't have to be here. It's surprising how no one wants to take responsibility to fix this because it is one small retail customer. If it was a big business this wouldn't be happening.

    @Fidomobile the company is fraud... Please never purchase their service... I am an international student landed a month ago, these the sales man has misguided me and eventually they are charging 633 dollars as a phone call bills!!! Pathetic

    @Fidomobile Today I had the worst customer service experience with 2 different Fido representatives in my 15 years that I have been a Fido customer. I would not recommend or refer a friend to Fido under any circumstances.

    @Fidomobile I just need the internet fixed. Its been going on for 4 days and I don't what's the update. In today's world where everyone is working from home I feel it's unacceptable to not be able to fix an internet issue for 4 days now. Can someone please get on it..

    Hey @Fidomobile your customer service is terrible. I called just a few mins ago and literally no one is on the lines. What is going on?? Why are you not answering customers? It’s 8:07am, you should have people on the phones by now. This is ridiculous.

    @Fidomobile I called your customer support. A few minutes talking to an agent, asked to talk to a supervisor/manager and I was not allowed to. That's amazing service plus the scam you guys are running on your website. #terribleservice #ctvnews #consumerprotection
