@dperador @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Communication is two-way. Perhaps you hadn't clearly explained the issue properly?

@Fidomobile your topping up process is just awful. $55 a month, but you only accept vouchers in multiples of $10. Won’t accept my credit card, because Thomas + Tom name is totally different, which takes 24 hours to change. My requested call back never arrived. I’m off 👋

@Fidomobile Thanks for throwing your weight around on Twitter, and mocking your customer base. I have 4 lines, how much money does that represent over 5 years

@Fidomobile Returning equipment service needs improvement. Already returned equipment at AUTHORIZED store and due to their technical glitch or untrained store staff, we are suffering to pay a big amount.

@Fidomobile The billing process for Fido needs to undergo a financial audit. They are still unable to verify their system issue, therefore they are creating a bill for an account that has been cancelled and requesting the device price for a returned gadget.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.
