@Fidomobile please, for real, get your Credit Operations situation calmed down ASAP. Being one month behind is no reason to have to hear from Credit Operations 4 times a week for being a little behind. Especially since the goodwill isn't exactly there after July 8...

@Fidomobile Hi how is it possible that wait times to talk with someone is more than one hour. i realize you’re pushing self service options but sorry to tell you but sometimes they done meet someone’s requirements and having someone have to wait that long is most unreasonable.

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

@Fidomobile WORSE Fido service experience EVER, home Internet been cutoff for 2 days already and problem still not solved YET. None of the customer service agent can provide me any help or solutions at all and keep transfer me to different departments, which is 6+ hr wait time.
