    @Fidomobile Terrible customer service and you just lot one of your customers. Your field agents promise unlimited international calling and then this offer expires and you put all the charges on the customer.

    @Fidomobile Why have I gotten 6 text messages from Fido reminding to pay me bill...make that 7. I have a negative balance on my account. Make that 8 texts. I got an email this morning showing my balance. Fix your automated texting service...9 texts.

    I went to Harvey’s to use the Fido xtra offer. Guess what @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your app failed and hit snag. That’s your way to giving Fido xtra so it won’t work when you want to use it. And locked me out for 30 mins. #worst
