    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile got no option but to look for other telcos who might charge me more but won’t fool me and stick to their commitment atleast . Don’t offer deals if you can’t give customer the phones . Don’t fool them

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions joke of customer service. Ordered a phone through live chat on Cyber Monday. Then called the next day as I didn't receive a confirmation. I was on hold for 4 hours in total with neither the specialist nor supervisor helping me (1/2)

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions My new internet connction is not wrking for past 3 days. Tried to contact customer suport 3 times but been on hold for more than 1 hour each time. Tried live chat they disconnected it. Str people say they can book a technician appointment. Help please

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

    @yapbang @Fidomobile They never take accountability. I’ve had the same problem. Ordered a Black Friday deal online and they messed it up and refused to honour the deal. 5+ years and I’m done. They like to give these generic comments on tweets like they care but don’t believe it. They don’t reply
