    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @KayLillyFleur @Fidomobile Atrocious customer service. Ai phone bot is horrible and wanted to book a call for me with a live person 4 days from now on Tuesday. Unacceptable. Will be looking to cancel after 20 years with @FidoSolutions with same phone number.

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile This issue has been ongoing since Nov 2025. I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.

    @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

    @Fidomobile I think Fido is the most irritating telcom service in Canada right now!! Very horrible service experience
