    @Fidomobile Disappointed un Fido phone support, sending me to store with invalid codes. Long story but when you sell a phone to someone and offer a deal, you should honor it.

    I don't know who needs to know this, but @Fidomobile has the worse cellular service today! No outgoing calls. This used to happen only occasionally, now it is happening for longer. Horrible service. That's all.

    @Fidomobile I ordered new S20 phone with my Fido plan. But I got a defective device which had crack on screen out of the box. Please help to check

    Looks like @Fidomobile doesn’t have the habit of honouring the offer to their customers. Their words change within a matter of hours. Extremely disappointed with their service after being their customer for 2 years! Beware of their customer service. #disappointed #fidoscam

    @Fidomobile it’s been almost half a year since I emailed the refer a friend team about our referral credits. There has been no resolution and each time I’ve checked in I get the same form email saying it’s being investigated. Very frustrating! Does anyone actually work there?
