First, you guys left us hanging in an outage for pretty much a full day, didn't follow-up and I find that @fidomobile can just raise their prices whenever they want. YOU GUYS SUCK. NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE. (3 4/4)

Yo @Fidomobile really appreciated you charging me 100 bucks for a international roaming service which a: doesn't actually function and b: I didn't use (roaming data was turned off), but hey the three bucks for really ******* up my work day during the outage really made up for it.

@Fidomobile where's my credit for the recent outage. Received a full bill with no credits applied. Do I have to call you for this?

Last summer @Fidomobile told Prince Edward County residents that they were building new towers to handle the influx of Rogers users in the summer months. A full year later and I still have almost no cell service in July. What happened with the towers, @Rogers and @FidoSolutions?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile RIDICULOUS. And now you don't even have a customer support line, you just **** off customers onto your useless AskJack bot and when you ask for live support there are cues of over 50 people waiting. I hope Rogers goes under for good! GROSS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile They don’t even help when needed they just mould statements in a sweeter way by manipulating things with customers!

Hey @Fidomobile do you care about the safety of your customers? Leaving a single woman stranded on another country and in a potentially life threatening situation and you want to deny me a $60 credit because you want to charge me when I had no service??

@Fidomobile is one of the worst company ever. Like you pay advance bills to them and they can’t even give you you’re outstanding cheque of just 16 dollars from 3 months. Worst service provider ever.
