  @Allant92 @Fidomobile One of the (several) reasons I left them. Had been a customer for over a decade and a half. Continually increasing costs for negligible increase in packaged features ... Jumped to a competitor for less money and twice the data.

  Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

  @Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?

  @Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!
