    Absolutely disgusted by the way @Fidomobile and @PurolatorHelp have handled my delivery. I've been told apparently since Fido is sending me a phone and forgot a simple apartment number, Purolator can't deliver it and neither party will fix it.

    @Fidomobile Thanks, but I don’t have an active Canadian line abroad, so I cannot make that call. I’m asking again: please provide an alternative way to cancel my line or proceed with cancellation on your end. I cannot keep paying for a service I can’t use.

    @Fidomobile I need to speak with a support agent. The chat is telling me to call 1-888-481-3436, but when I call that number, they say they're having trouble coordinating to call me back. Can you help me?

    @Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.

    @Fidomobile Your agent just called me and signed me up for a plan. I left fido ago 2 weeks and now you signed me up again with false information. I am really not happy. I need a resolution asap

    @Fidomobile 1st time - nobody called 2nd time - "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" 3rd time - after speaking for 45 mins, "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" There is 0 satisfaction, 0 resolution, & seems like 0 effort given by Fido.

    Just a gentle warning. If you are a @Rogers or @Fidomobile customer, they just laid off about 800 people from a 3rd party support centre. Customer service sucks already and is about to get worse. @foundeverglobal

    @Fidomobile Now, if calls didn't take an hour to complete it wouldn't be an issue. But calling you guys for anything takes about an hour. It sucks.
