It’s been 6 months using @Fidomobile and they still send me the extra bill charges and whenever i try to call them they put me on hold or disconnect the call. What kind service is this @Fidomobile . I think they don’t care to provide any after sale service to customers.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile The credit on my August bill was a joke. Got a credit of a whopping 14.00. If that was 5 days worth of credit it was an insult especially to someone who is on Disability! Thanks! Not happy and if I had had an emergency I could not phone 911 or anyone for help. Diabetic here!

@fidomobile never had such a ****** experience trying to buy à phone than with you. 2 days, 4 hours driving, 3 hours with dumbasses, 2 hours on the phone witb fido fraud line and yet you ******** cant sell me a damn phone

@Fidomobile is really starting to piss me off. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for a week and no one has called me back. Wtf
