    @Fidomobile Hi the support agent gave me false information about early cancellation fees. I got charged for changing the plan. Please do not let us lose trust in Fido.

    @Fidomobile, just up'd to 10gb for $50 on the 16th.. And today I see the 10gb for $50 went to 12gb. I reached out to your chat support. And I was gifted a bonus 5gb on my newly acquired 10gb $50 plan. So now I'm at 15gb for $50! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

    @Fidomobile Hey there, just talked to your supervisor Amanda regarding the wrong billing of worth $55 in my bill for US calling which I did not do. She said we can't do anything and you will have to pay this amount. I told her to email me this resolution but she denied. @Rogers
