    Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.

    Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.

    @Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

    @Fidomobile i tried for a week to close my account 911995819, but scheduled callbacks never arrive. I’m outside Canada and need it closed. For verification, call +919725580771. I won’t accept further charges. Please process ASAP.

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.
