Why have cell phones rates in #Canada gone down a bit over the last 10 years but roaming has gone from $5 to $12 in that span? One would think rates would have gone down rather than up? @CRTCHearings @Fidomobile #CellPhone #roaming

@Fidomobile We pay for emergency service? Network down.. maybe increase your capacity BEFORE you keep adding subscribers? Regulator should do stress tests on networks and force capacity investments if needed. Need cell service when the lights go out!!!
