    @Fidomobile Worst mobile company to deal with! Charged me an activation fee on my bill when the girl in store told me there will be no fee on my account. Went back to the store to talk, told me to call customer service and now they scheduling a call back for after a week. CRAZY!!

    @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

    @yoshiboost @Fidomobile Absolutely. And I am not even talking about deals or discounts. It’s just basic ask to get connected to a customer service agent. These companies need a telling.

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)
