    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The biggest issue with your voicemail service is , it doesn’t tell the day and time the voicemail was left. I think I better move to @FreedomMobile who has better voicemail service. I lost my job because I thought msg was from past & never called them.

    @Fidomobile Just send him an msg via your internal system, he knows who i am. This is all just so painful. I have wasted hours of time that i will never get back, customer service at FIDO is deplorable.

    @Fidomobile So without warning, @Fidomobile Canada decides it is a good idea to drop all online support for prepaid customers!? So you want to check or manage your acct, CALL the service number. so long sukkers.

    @Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

    I'm never going back to @Fidomobile ever again The amount of spam calls and texts I get from them now are insane I should change my number

    Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

    @Fidomobile I am repeatedly getting spam calls masked under my OWN number. You REALLY need to up your spam-prevention game. Called customer service multiple times, to no avail.
