    Dear @Fidomobile I’m currently located in Belgium and using the Fido Roam service. My data service isn’t working ! Your agents are unable to troubleshoot this issue. Please look into the matter.

    This is criminal. It may be fraud. It’s DEFINITELY a disgusting abuse of power. I can’t wrap my head around it.Tanking a poor kid’s credit, saying you owe $0, then saying you owe something that you didn’t agree too. I’m sure we have a legit complaint for CRTC against @Fidomobile
