Devin Riegle (@deriegle) reported@tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

Rick Houle (@houle_rick) reported@Fidomobile I cannot believe how TERRIBLE your service is. I am trying to update my card information on your website. It prompts me to go to call the phone number. I cannot update it on the phone, I CANNOT GET A REAL PERSON…and it prompts me to go to your website. TRASH!

cpslifestream (@cpslifestream) reported@Fidomobile WTF is going on? I have to schedule a call and wait a couple days for someone to get back to me as a paying customer?
-
Mark (@fatmarky) reported@Fidomobile my phone’s reception has cratered since your network went to 5G
-
Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reportedI've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

Philomena Gunk (@macaghalla) reportedI've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.
