    @Fidomobile Tried to renew my discount or cancel my home internet service. Your chat rep stopped responding and your phone rep hung up when I tried to cancel. Filed a CCTS complaint but still no confirmation that you’ll cancel it. How do I cancel my service?

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile I have 8 gb data remaining in my bill cycle but for some reason I'm unable to use it, spoke to the customer care executive he told me to reset the network settings and I did that but still the data ain't working
