    @Fidomobile After receiving an email from you 15mins ago outlining these unauthorized changes to my account, I tried calling your customer service dept, and apparently it is impossible to talk to a live customer service representative for a full 24hrs. This is unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Sorry to say, but it does everything but help, Cheniette! Should have a failsafe to connect to a live agent if somebody wants to, as opposed to forcibly offering a callback! I did book a callback though, and will look forward to discussing what’s going on! This has me concerned!
