Seba-RVR (@seba_rvr) reported@Fidomobile Hi, I need to speak with an agent to request a refund for the unused credit on my account. When I call your support, it says there’s an issue coordinating a callback. I believe this may be because my account is cancelled, but I should still be able to get assistance.

Cihad Keskin (@CihadKeskin10) reported@Fidomobile It’s impossible for me to call that number from abroad without a Canadian line. You must offer an alternative. I won’t keep paying for a service I can’t use. I’m trying to resolve this fairly—please help me cancel or provide another solution.

Cinthya Galvan (@CinthyaGalvan1) reportedThe customer service at @Rogers and @Fidomobile is awful. I’m a Fido customer and went in person to update my credit card for automatic payments. They mistakenly charged me $726 CAD — from another @Rogers customer! I’m not even a Rogers client. Completely unacceptable.

No Wing Politics (@shahparth17) reported@Fidomobile Your officials at store told me my phone is compatible with new 3g retd. (Interaction# 12434132361), yet you charged me $84 for non compliance.. Why should I pay fine when I was told wrong info from store itself? Its cheating. I can actually take you to court. Help!
