    Why can’t I talk to a real person when I call @Fidomobile I just called right now and they are booking appointments for call backs on Monday, nothing earlier. Why do I have to wait until Monday to speak to a live person or get my problem resolved, that is ridiculous!!

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @Fidomobile you guys are the worst! No live support, only call back requests with no actual call back. I need to link my accounts and have been trying for weeks. I will switch over to a new company if I don’t get this resolved asap!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
