    @Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Irecieved a mail claiming that I'm liable of 288CAD as a phone bill to Fido but I don't have a postpaid account at Fido I have a prepaid account. And all the information that it is mentioning is wrong about me. It's just the mail, which is correct Help

    @Fidomobile can I continue to pay the remaining amount of my iPhone while not paying the monthly bill for the mobile connection? I also don’t want to loose the number, that’s why I am requesting you to pause the service for a while

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - my $30 a month plan and instead I get charged $96. Called the rep but I was told, it’s a known billing issue. I was told I’d get a email stating it’s been fixed but haven’t received any emails and it’s been more than a week. Very disappointed with Fido!!

    @Fidomobile extremely disappointed with Fido's service. Signed up for the $30/20gb over 3 months ago, and have followed up with multiple hour long calls in the last few months but my account still has been discharged and mishandled. My first bill came out to be $105.56 :(

    .@Bell just got a 500CAD bill for 5 days of travel, Wifi calling is a racket with you guys, never had this issue with @Videotron or my friend, who activated his exactly like me, with @Fidomobile. Vacation ruined like the Chichen Itza pyramid I went to see.

    Never ever use @Fidomobile im trying to solve a problem with them for many years and they refuse to help me. They tom#ke advantage of me when I got the service because I didn’t speak English in that time and now they are charging me 3k for a bill.
