    @soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.

    @yoshiboost @Fidomobile Absolutely. And I am not even talking about deals or discounts. It’s just basic ask to get connected to a customer service agent. These companies need a telling.

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
