Their agents, as well as what I've noticed at @Fidomobile (same company pretending to be different) have a pattern of grabbing cash, customers and making promises that land on ghosting ears and public relations support offers. Yet I'm still out the money and lied to. #cashcow

  • samkhanistorm Sam Khan (@samkhanistorm) reported

Honestly this goes beyond bad service @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly by fraudulent billing @CRTCeng needs to do something to protect them

To any @Fidomobile long term customers who are on the $90 30gb plan and are wanting the $60 30gb plan they are offering to brand new customers. All u gotta do is cancel your account and make a new one. Cause they clearly don’t care about keeping long term customers…

Do not use @Fidomobile I pay out the *** for barely any GB and now that I've fallen on hard times due to covid they won't help me at all.

@Fidomobile what a complete waste of time and effort it is dealing support for a minor issue. It’s a complete waste of time following what support tells you to do!

  • AmirR3zaM Amirreza Mohammadi (@AmirR3zaM) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Fidomobile I am trying to change my mobile plan. I went to your store today and they referred me to talk to the customer service. And customer service is offering me the same plan that I can see in the website. I am not happy with you anymore. What should I do? 😤😤

@Fidomobile I am trying to call ANY store for help in southern Ontario and none of your stores are answering. Online says they’re all open so I don’t understand what’s up. Help??

  • caymamamia Lisa Hayman (@caymamamia) reported

@Fidomobile I am furious that I had to pay $40 for extra data for 3 days when I pay you people over $500 a month. No way to call you - no customer service. Bye!
