    @Fidomobile Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve experienced. Hung up on after waiting on hold for 45 minutes because I went on hold to get the info to pay you guys. Definitely will be canceling my internet after this. Trash company with trash staff.

    If you're not going to help people... Why do you work at a ******* SERVICE PROVIDER CALL CENTER @Fidomobile I've never dealt with more incompetent people while calling just to fix a bill discrepancy.

    @FidoSolutions Just finished a chat with your tech support who ended the conversation abruptly saying there is no ETA on when the services will be restored. How are customers supposed to rely on your services? @Fidomobile @Rogers

    @Fidomobile went back to India and there were incoming messages for code verifications that I wasn’t aware that I would get charged. Fido charged me $45. I did confirm with customer service agent when I signed my contract. The Cx agent is not helping at all. $45 is outrageous.

    Fido Internet just suddenly went out Anyone else also lose internet using @FidoSolutions Internet in North York, Toronto area of M3H postal code (or anywhere in Toronto/GTA)? Cuz maybe it’s just me Trying the ol’ unplug-plugin of the @Fidomobile modem 🤞🏼 to see if it’ll fix

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions after waiting for my callback appointment all day i get to hold for over 20 mins then you hung up on me and i cant get anyone to ******* answer me. Yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours and while speaking to someone finally i get hung up on #WTF

    @Fidomobile I have been on the phone for four hours, been transferred to four operators and they just hung up on me and when I call back they say they are closed. The issue retains to my account being charged for a modem box which I had returned and also have the receipt

    @Fidomobile your call back option on the IVR is advising you to hold for the next representative after inputting the information for the call back. Can you fix this? It’s confusing.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile After a frustrating wait time on a refund I am tweeting hoping someone might act on it. I have a bill credit due to overpayment pending for Sep. Now, after waiting n numerous follow-ups I have given next date till 12 Dec. #fido #phone #COMPLAINT
