@Fidomobile I am a fido customer for almost 20 yrs. Switching to the basic postpaid plan (from Prepaid). I was told by customer service team to provide two IDs for credit check. Is it true. It was surprising, especially, as I am with fido so long.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

@Fidomobile I had to call a 3rd time to get someone to come today and they couldn't help me because I don't have a line going into my place (which was already expressed in many MANY PHONE CALLS.) The tech then tells me he will have to get someone else to help him and will call me back asap..

@Fidomobile Nancy call centre supervisor said I was lying to her after I read the text that Fido sent me. Fido is ripping people off daily and their customer service sucks. Cancel your Fido contracts today!!!

I had 2 existing tickets that was completely ignored. This is the worst customer service ever to be told that they have no solution for you. FIDO did not entertain the idea that it is a network problem. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile
