    what happened to @Fidomobile they use to be so amazing w customers even better because you never needed customer service. Now it’s seems every issue takes 4 calls/transfers. And then a follow up bc of issues. I just wanna give you my money and have a plan & phone that works 😢

    All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

    @Fidomobile I had ordered a device 10 days ago. I have no idea whats happening and the excitement is already down the drain. While placing the order, it was mentioned I would get it in 2-5 days but I havent received any update on it yet. I have to travel on Saturday and I need it

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

    Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!
