@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile your customer service is a joke. I referred someone in July 22, & it’s Jan23 & your team is has been giving me the run around. How silly do you sound withholding a $50 credit for 6+ months. Customer of 15 years and y’all counting pennies. Do better 🙄

FIDO is a big CHEAT COMPANY. They cheat international students and the OSL at Walmart is helping them. They mislead and the associate named Mandy with FIDO is rude and disrespectful. I have got a bill of CAD 232 when I was told I will get 60 Cad @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@FidoSolutions I am not getting a solution. @Fidomobile you are charging me $24 for sending a whatsapp text and receiving a call from my child's school. Fair enough???? I requested the customer support to waive it and they said if it's just that little usage they will consider it to waive it.

Does @Fidomobile have any interest in correcting billing errors which their team caused or is CCTS my only option at this point? Spent 3 hours on the call with a super kind rep who agreed on the error but the support team won’t help!
