I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.
