No @Fidomobile i DO NOT want to talk via text, i want to speak directly to someone. Quit hanging up. Finally after many tries I get the same rude customer service who refuses to help & i ask to speak to manager & deliberately put me on hold for 35 mins so i hung up #FidoSolutions

Ready to leave @Fidomobile and it's only been 3 months. Everything about account mgmt is a nightmare, especially the app redesign because I can't even log in anymore. Canada's Telco companies are the absolute worst
