@MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

@Fidomobile Fido is not resolving issues and trying to exploit customers. Especially students. Customer care takes hours to respond and they create new issues instead of resolving. Please don’t take their services and avoid them at all possibilities. They are useless.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions has became the worst service provider. They offered me a good deal for the phone after i port in with @FreedomMobile for the same but they don’t have time to implement the same offer even after a week. Customer service centre needs a lot of improvement

@Fidomobile Can you provide an update on the outage connected to case C172974887? I'm located in Mississauga, L5R 4E7 and I was told by the chat representative the outrage should be fixed soon.
