    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.

    @Fidomobile Hi. I received a message that says I registered to use roaming data. I don't want to be registered for that service. How can I be removed for roaming use?

    @Fidomobile hello pls help I received a refurbished phone but I can't open the SIM card tray - I did not receive the tool to do this but Im trying with a safety pin and it's not popping up (Samsung Galaxy S20)

    @Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

    @Fidomobile I am repeatedly getting spam calls masked under my OWN number. You REALLY need to up your spam-prevention game. Called customer service multiple times, to no avail.

    Normally i do not tweet, tks fido. Charged for LD, paying is ok, but never knew addon would expire, orig contract does not list that, CS do not have guts to say it must list Even your live chat agent questioned me if I read all the detail!? You think its ethical? @Fidomobile

    So day 11- This is @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions for you. All you #canadians read this! My device got stuck with @PurolatorInc and they returned it back to Fido due to a stupid reason now Fido calls and says sorry we can’t give you same offer the device is sold out! Is this a joke?
