@Fidomobile worst service and client service people. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I’m feeling frustrated, annoyed and shall never recommend Fido. It seems they sell contact info to others as I started getting spam calls and casino messages after moving to Fido.

@Fidomobile I barely use my phone. I basically pay you people 10 bucks for every call I make, and you people can't do something as simple as just billing me correctly? Twice now I've been charged a low balance top up hours after a monthly top up. Fix your ****** systems.

Spent 3+ hours of my day off on the phone with @Fidomobile (on behalf of my grandma), and this company is hot trash. I'm floored at the customer service response on a company level. I'm convinced the only ppl keeping Fido in business are the poor souls trapped in contracts. 🤮🤮

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions made me shell out $105 for a @Google Pixel 4a that died on me. My phone wasn’t under warranty but neither Google nor Fido had a solution to get the device repaired. I was compelled to pay off the device balance for a dead phone. Customers be aware.

@Fidomobile the worst customer service that I have ever experienced now! They used to be great, now they have stolen over $300 of my money, say they've given it back, and I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. Do better!

@Fidomobile Lol be a better customer friendly company. I’ve endured to many years of being overcharged for peanuts on my data plan. Do me a fa or tho, put me on the do not contact list to beg me back, I’ll never return to Fido again. I’m taking my phone number and leaving you the dog.
