    I got a whopping $3.00 in compensation from @Fidomobile for the country wide outage yesterday. @Bell @Telus which one of you guys have deals right now for new lines because I am leaving this dumpster fire of a company.

    Yesterday I couldn't book a vaccination because phone service was out (thanks @Fidomobile) and today I can't register for a vaccination because the website is broken (thanks @cityoftoronto). What a ******* shitshow.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Fido services suck, when outage came in you guys shut down your customer service lines on phone & chat, and left customers without any clue. I lost my whole day work, who will compensate for this? I need bill credit for this. PATHETIC SERVICE, I’m going away!
