@Fidomobile is the biggest cheater, Charged me $180 extra last month with promise to wave it and now again added $54 of extra chrg and did not even correct the last month's bill. Have spend over an hr with customer service they are apologetic but helpless #shame #dido #Cheater

@Fidomobile I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max(Great deal!!) but today I contacted about the details on the order. They told me sorry we are sold out but we can cancel the order... is that how you deal with all your customers?? In bad faith; been with Fido for 2.5 years at this point

@Fidomobile day two and my phone has no data, it came on for an hour last night and now it’s gone again. What the hell and your saying it’s not a problem on your side. Well it’s not my phone as I put the sim card in my wife’s phone and it didn’t work either. It’s your service fix

Updating my plan with @Fidomobile and poof my saved voice mails are gone- including those from my dad I had saved to hear his voice occasionally. I guess I’ll never hear his voice again.

Cell phone companies are the worst! My phone is almost paid off $65 for 8 GB for which I use less than one is absolutely ridiculous yet they can't offer me anything less so I go looking elsewhere never mind they changed my profile illegally in June @Fidomobile
