    I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

    @Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.
