    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    @Fidomobile Hey - the app is not working correctly - I cannot access Xtra except through an message from Fido that was sent last Thursday - you changed the app for Black Friday and it is messed up. Also - my account online shows incorrect information. What's going on?

    The @Fidomobile representative was able to help me but when I asked her what would be done about the mishap beforehand, I was just told that things would be tallied at the end of the billing cycle.

    @Fidomobile I have been on hold for a total of 5 hours and counting now (in the middle of a working day!) Multiple attempts with the chat service for a VERY simple request. I need you to call me back at the absolute earliest.

    @Fidomobile Your phone wait times have been ridiculous for days. I've been trying to get through to cancel my service but don't have time to spend hours waiting to get through.

    @Fidomobile No! You have OPENED 2 new mobile phone numbers for me!  It should only be 1, with the new TABLET! CALL HOLD TIME IS 1 HR, 9 MIN! UNACCEPTABLE. I have been a Fido customer for 20 years (even when you were Microcell), and this is a complete slap in the face.
