    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    Pathetic customer service from @Fidomobile. It has been more than 2 weeks and they failed to ship my wife's new SIM because of incorrect address. After multiple call backs still there has been no progress. This is when she is transitioning from Telus to @Fidomobile. Sad

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service!!! Need to move so ask Fido to transfer internet to the new address. NOT working after moving in, called the technician, was told that an onsite appointment is needed. Booked an appointment and the technician NEVER CAME!

    @virginmobilecan is about to win the prize for the worst customer service this Eastern Monday. 10 hours trying to restore my account and talked with 4 representatives so far. Better go to @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Wish you wish change the hours of operation automated message says Customer Service is open Monday to Friday 8a-9pm HOWEVER that is followed by with “our offices are currently closed...” ZERO of your options fulfill my need so it’s essential to speak with a rep.

    @Fidomobile Automated message says your customer service is open Monday to Fridays from 8am until 9pm. This however is followed by another message saying the offices are closed. It’s 8:18am ZERO of the automated messages fulfill my need. Can someone reach out for a fix. Thanks.

    @Fidomobile finally read your reply. Asked a question a while ago. Forgot about it. Question. "I have owned a pre-owned iPad for months. I pay for a 4 GB data plan each month, never used it. Been 5 months, no data ever. Never seen a sim. Paying monthly for nothing
