Oh, boy, is this @Rogers and @Fidomobile outage ever going to make it into my radio show on Thursday. Nothing should take almost 24 hours to fix when it comes to a wireless network.#fidodown #rogersdown

Come on @koodo why beat around the bush. If an existing customer calls and says they can get a better plan @Fidomobile for the same price just give them the deal, even more so when the spouse got the deal without a problem 4 days ago. #failing customer service.

@Fidomobile Fido scam. I used Fido since 2 year. From now on (January 2021 to till date ) Fido charged me long distance minute. For the matter of fact I never used any long distance minutes. Still Fido added 15$to 20$ every time in my billing cycle. It’s not a good strategy Fido.

Hey @Fidomobile what's going on? I haven't been able to make calls. Your site says there's no issues but I've had them all day in both Kingston and South Frontenac.

Very upset with @Fidomobile account for charging me $30 roaming charges for 3 text messages. Never had this happen with a telecom company before. I will be buying sim card for new country from now on.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile : My husband, who has a phone with my Fido plan, was out walking earlier night (in Toronto) when he got a text message saying he activated roaming service in the US. But he did not and was not in the US. Any idea how this happened?

@Fidomobile I was offered a special plan (and my choice of the financed phone online) by winback and then by twitter team. Based on that promise I switched from Freedom to Fido but now one of your representative here is telling me that the promise can't be fulfilled. Pls help.
