    It’s been 6 months using @Fidomobile and they still send me the extra bill charges and whenever i try to call them they put me on hold or disconnect the call. What kind service is this @Fidomobile . I think they don’t care to provide any after sale service to customers.

    @Fidomobile I appreciate it if you provide an option on the live chat support for the subscribers to rate their satisfaction for your agents! It is disrespectful of us when your clients easily forget to get back on us and waste our time! It has happened to me a lot.

    @Fidomobile WOW @livesupport asked a perfectly legitimate question as to why i can't have my billing date changed to the beginning of the month, the agent literally hung up on me, no answer.. just f* rude.
