  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

  @Fidomobile sucks ! If you're with Fido consider switching service providers. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !

  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!
