@FreedomMobile I'm standing here in a Canadian city of medium size and we are now going into day five of having limited to no service in the middle of the city. Standing outside of a building in an open grass field, Freedom is not able to deliver proper services over a week now

@freedomsupport It just drops... Apparently no one had a chance to take a look at the ticket yet, so we keep waiting for a fix

@jeckenzibbel @FreedomMobile File a complaint with the CCTS. Freedom customer service is beyond useless. Took them two weeks and continuous demands to fix my voicemail service they stopped providing despite charging me for. Any time I’ve tried to escalate issues, I’ve been told “no” by the rep.

@Fongo_Mobile got to be joking with their $60/10GB plan to have you suffer using voip for calling and texting....even $35/5GB is terrible.....one can go with @FreedomMobile instead.
