@FreedomMobile I'm standing here in a Canadian city of medium size and we are now going into day five of having limited to no service in the middle of the city. Standing outside of a building in an open grass field, Freedom is not able to deliver proper services over a week now

@FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.

@freedomsupport My freedom mobile connection got canceled without warning. I’ve been your loyal customer making payments on time, this treatment is unacceptable. I had informed freedom that I’m stuck aboard & I’m not in the country currently.
