    @FreedomMobile I'm standing here in a Canadian city of medium size and we are now going into day five of having limited to no service in the middle of the city. Standing outside of a building in an open grass field, Freedom is not able to deliver proper services over a week now

    Thanks for overcharging me on my latest bill like crazy @FreedomMobile when I was assured the add-on I didn't want would be removed during my last chat. Now been on hold for over an hour. You have the worst customer service.

    @FreedomMobile still having an issue with "Unregistered Sim" since about 1pm. Tech support has no idea and your support accounts here doesnt seem to be active anymore for help

    @HankCustodio @FreedomMobile Had the same issue. I called and spoke to a supervisor that had no idea either. It started with Sim 1 Not Allowed message. Then moved to Not registered hours later.
