  @freedomsupport Tried to make a payment online just now...& was rejected for a server issue. Is this common? Never happened to me before....

  @freedomsupport They have. "SC" told our customer that Freedom Mobile "cannot authorize it via our end." The customer is outside of Canada. They can receive the Port Out SMS message, but cannot reply because you use a Canada-only Short Code to send it. They cannot call 877-946-3184 it is CA-only

  @FreedomMobile Anyway to urgently contact, the normal contact centers are closed and i need urgent support. My number has been ported to a wrong number.
