    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    Honestly, @FreedomMobile is the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Unreliable internet, endless wait times, and zero accountability. Customers deserve better

    @FreedomMobile why are you throttling internet up loads? can no longer upload any file larger than a photo. I'm a musician & upload music files I'm working on, but cannot upload to any cloud storage service. I can't upload from any of my computers whether I'm using Linux or W11
