    @FreedomMobile I am currently having an issue with being charged nearly double on my phone bill with no change in my phone usage, customer service on the phone was completely unhelpful and I was hoping you could contact me in regards to this problem.

    @freedomsupport Really been with you guys for years. Went in this morning to get a new phone as I am do and the service was so horrible I had to leave. Will be taking my business elsewhere

    @JPSaucier21 @FreedomMobile Freedom mobile is far from freedom. On my way to Guelph from Warden & 401 when I realised that by Campbellville my Waze was out. No internet connection on my "5G service". Shouldn't #CRTC be looking into this?

    @PublicMobile Site under maintenance everytime i need to add-on something. I an in a very big emergency and need to get internet addon , Not even taking calls on 611. Have recommended this netork to 4 friends. It was biggest mistake. Going to buy @FreedomMobile tomorrow morning.

    "Bubkus" - @FreedomMobile says, you have to buy a Samsung Galaxy A8.4 from us for 4GB data / month. #iPad not available. Not able to speak with anyone other than Customer service staff (which were great) to plead my case.

    @freedomsupport Expedited ticket past its SLA of 3-5 days. 10 days no result from the team. Ticket - FSR00321702. No refund was given either as its prepaid but cant use the service.

    @FreedomMobile 1/2 I bought SIM yesterday and joined freedom network, agent was unable to issue me eSIM due to system error. I’m trying to change physical SIM to eSIM but unable to do so. #poorservice

    @freedomsupport I talked to freedom mobile yesterday and changed my plan, but now I am login to my account and clicked on my plan, there is no information. why so?

    @Aella28 @Rogers @FreedomMobile My choice would be to have the government take back control of telecommunication in BC so we all have the same service and bill, no matter where we live in this province and we are not paying for naming rights of hockey rinks. Privatization has been an Epic failure for BC .
