@FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

@FreedomMobile y'all gotta seriously increase the speed of throttled data, I can't even clock into my work app anymore, in order to make money, in order to pay for my awful unlimited plan

@freedomsupport hey @FidoSolutions do you guys have customers waiting 6 months to get issues resolved or to speak to mangers oh do you also train customer service to be rude ad hang up on customer and to speak over them

@FreedomMobile Until our kids catch covid because of our crap government plans and then we are home caring for our sick kids. Seriously? Are any parents excited about school in the middle of a 4th wave? Worst advertisement ever!
