Yashy Murphy (@YashYanthi) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.
-
Haleigh Ní Mhacháin (@HalsyBear) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Hi, I sent a direct message about my service not being renewed this month even though my auto pay top up was complete - can you please check your messages 😀
-
Carrie Oehm (@Coehmer) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport I love when your costumer service reps yell at me! I also love spending 3 hours on the phone with your customer service reps that can’t do anything :)

Black Hippy (@LeonDies4jays) reported from Toronto, OntarioSo @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there
-
Dominica Larkin (@DominicaLarkin) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!
-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioVisited #Rogers302 today. I'll never understand why their prepaid rates are so ridiculously high compared to @FreedomMobile.
-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioIt's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.
-
Erik (@angrybearTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@happypants41 @mickymv @FreedomMobile I have an IPhone 11 Max Pro but thanks for the tip on Androids. Still no response or update from Freedom. Again bad start for a customer who’s 3 days new
-

-
Michelle Williamson (@MichCWilliamson) reported from Toronto, Ontario@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Good choice! We switched our teen to @FreedomMobile a few months ago and no issues with service. I’m following as soon as I can get out of my Bell contract. 😕

Erica Ehm (@EricaEhm) reported from Toronto, OntarioThen @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.
-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, Ontario@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.
-
Shohan Chowdhury (@ShohanSoham) reported from Toronto, OntarioFinally signed up to @Fidomobile and got the freedom from @FreedomMobile this is what you get for not hooking up your loyal customer of 10+ yrs from wind
-

-
Brian B (@brianyyz) reported from The Junction, OntarioHave to say the implementation of cell service underground on the @TTChelps is the worst of any system I have ridden globally. Not an selling point overall @FreedomMobile #ttc #mobile #transitTO
-
Jaded (@chimozy_charles) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.
-
kiki enen-MOR🦋 (@chocolatmilq) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Andrew48289584 @FreedomMobile If I wasn’t poor I would have left freedom. And I know 😒
Freedom Mobile Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
VMSopta (@VmSopta) reported@FreedomMobile What ******** are you doing rolling over to any of the big 3 Bell and Rogers imparticularily. Competition was helping me now I'm sure to get screwed. Been here since Wind. Shaw I'm begging you or whatever regulatory body not too let this to happen. We pay too much already.
-
Will Matthews (@GAdv_will) reportedSeems @Rogers is buying @ShawInfo and @FreedomMobile. Had just made the switch to Freedom last year and have been pretty happy, but after my contract expires, I’ll no longer be Freedom customer because I dislike Rogers *that* much. :(
-
TheBurningWolf (@whyte_wolfe) reported@FreedomMobile you lie bc you still imply you will give a consumer their full 30 days from the time they pay, no clauses, but yet everytime i pay end of the month my service cuts on the 17th and nobody at freedom mentions this to new customers, because they always get told its illegal, & it is!
-
CJTO 🇨🇦 🏳️🌈 #BLM (@CJ_Toronto) reportedWell, I guess I'll be on the hunt for a new cell provider soon. There is no way in hell that I'll be giving my money to a Rogers-owned @FreedomMobile. The entire point of switching was to get away from the highway robbery of Rogers/Bell/Telus. I will not support them - ever.
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@FreedomMobile Is there an email or something I can message? It's not a complaint per-se, but a general service feedback sort of thing I'd really like to try and get in front of the suits, or as far as consumer channels go, anyhow. Your CCTS/Contact us page is kinda borked...
-
Jojo (@jojojojojobz) reported@cbcnewsbc lol im with @FreedomMobile and the rates arent bad:$50 unlimited everything. with this merger, it only gets better reception-wise and better 5g.
-
TheBurningWolf (@whyte_wolfe) reported@FreedomMobile First of all, if someone pays a suspended phone line without your damn help, dont charge them. Second, ive seen better service back in 2007 inside underground parking lots. Third: when you get paid for A MONTHS SERVICE it is not legal to manipulate the service and you lie in T&C
-
DrJamesSmith @YorkU (@jasmith_yorku) reported@camerongraham I remember when Calgary-based AGT bought EdTel to create @TELUS. They broke conditions of the sale within months of its finalization. No good will come of this, especially in cell service prices for @FreedomMobile customers like me. Consolidation is bad for competition.
-
Hamid Dehnad (@HamidDehnad) reported@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I left Rogers for you guys and never looked back. DO NOT SELL OUT TO ROGERS!!
-
BIG M🐐 (@mamadou23254893) reported@FreedomMobile your stores are useless, because you go in there wanting help but they tell you to call customer service as if the individual in front of me doesn’t work for freedom already. You guys have been stealing from me but won’t take action for an investigation.
