Sue T (@pieface2010) reported@FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now Iโm stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back
