    @freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

    A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year.     @FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

    @FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!
