    A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year.     @freedomsupport I dont have a question but I do have a comment as a very loyal customet. I was on the US Big gig roam plan just recently....my cell service was not reliable/consistent 2 say the least! Dropped calls, failed calls & texts,no service, etc. Truly disappointing 4 the $$ I spent

    Why freedom network is up and down today. Lost the signal several times and have to restart the phone to get signal again. Restarted phone multiple times @freedomsupport

    @FreedomMobile can you tel me why you charge me US roaming when Iโ€™m on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls? They we call your customer service and they are rude about it? What great service..not

    @TELUSsupport Thank you @TELUS for coming through. @FreedomMobile has absolutely NO costumer loyalty...I've been a customer for more than 10 years and clearly they don't care if I switch carriers so I'm going to be callinng you after I get off work today, I hope i can switch over to you asap๐Ÿคž๐Ÿพ

    @freedomsupport Well I never received any emails or message asking for my consent, Moreover maximum roaming charges are around 14-20$ per day, why would you charge 100$ for May be an hourly usage? I have specifically asked in past to shut down all my services that may cost me extra.
