I was on the US Big gig roam plan just recently....my cell service was not reliable/consistent 2 say the least! Dropped calls, failed calls & texts,no service, etc. Truly disappointing 4 the $$ I spent

I have specifically asked in past to shut down all my services that may cost me extra.
