    @freedomsupport Nothing you can fix. I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.

    @FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.
