My data signal locates me out of Toronto, when I'm in Kingston, Ontario 🇨🇦. At first I thought, "ah, my IPV6 has kicked in. Then I realized, I wasn't on wifi. How does @FreedomMobile traffic it's telephony, and what owners towers do they rent broadcast transmission on?

A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year. The biggest thumbs down I can humanly muster. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@freedomsupport If there is anyone specific with the company I could send a formal email to with a better explanation of the ideas and how they'd improve consumer experience without hurting profit/network integrity I'd be totally willing to do so if you'd forward me that info via DM.

@FreedomMobile Loyal customer for 2 years. 2 lines and every bill paid on time. I renew my contract with them and get hit with 90 dollars in “connection upgrade fees”. Unbelievable! They are scumbags just like the other carriers.
