A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year. The biggest thumbs down I can humanly muster. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@freedomsupport My husband and I have tried that several time. Doesn't work on roaming either, at best we have had 1-2 bars at best and calls and texts still not going through. Just looking for information on what is happening mostly to hopefully get some sort of eta on service restoration.
