A note to anyone seeking a mobile provider in Kingston, stay far far away from @FreedomMobile. Terrible service outside of the urban area and even worse customer service trying to address the issue over nearly a year. The biggest thumbs down I can humanly muster. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@freedomsupport .Investigate this for EVERYONE! There's no way u guys wouldnt be held somewhat responsible if someone died because there was an issue dialing 911 from the @FreedomMobile network This is an issue that ur company is aware of now & a notice to the public is necessary #publichealth

@freedomsupport is your stuff broken? No internet all morning, data barely works (mostly network error) and your phone support keeps disconnecting. There is no follow up text for message support either.

@FreedomMobile you guys need to give L.P. over at @freedomsupport a raise. I spent nearly 10 hours between two days trying to get an issue resolved & got passed person to person until L.P. took it upon themselves to look into the issue for me. Top tier employee to say the least!
