RHO (@TravelEatAwe) reported@freedomsupport First I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours, then 72 hours, then five days to unlock a #cellphone. Now you’re telling me to try another cell phone provider’s SIM card. All to do the simplest customer service. Can’t wait to hear your 3rd solution. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport

Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I left Rogers after an employee got jiggy with my plan by adding device protection and funnelled 18 phones through the portal without my knowledge. I have been happy with @FreedomMobile so hopefully that will never happen again.

Verisimilitude (@Sunset4Me) reportedWow @freedomsupport has really poor support. I think escalating a problem really means "you're on your own". Not cool.
-
Chris Narduzzi (@ChrisNarduzzi) reported@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile We were with Wind/freedom 8 years ago or so, and it was the worst sevice we've ever had. Dead zones, roaming in our own home. Dropped calls. Just the worst

🇨🇦 Rob Philip 🇺🇸 (@rbphilip) reported@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Mobile service in Canada is one of the things that makes me hesitate about returning. I know nobody there who doesn't hate their carrier.

HaayeTatta (@haaye_tatta) reported@freedomsupport Well its very disappointing that Freedom Mobile is not removing my iphone from blacklist, However i paid all of the due bills, and wasting three to four hours evryday with the chat support but are not helping me with it

Mc Sulek (@mc_sulek) reported@FreedomMobile has terrible customer service. Everyone seems to be very incompetent at their jobs, no one has any answers or solutions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT at all! As soon as I can I will get out of it
-
RHO (@TravelEatAwe) reported@freedomsupport I think that’s evident is that @freedomsupport and @FreedomMobile have extreme difficulty in handling the most BASIC of customer service needs. That’s what all potential customers need to know. Freedom Mobile —>> Excuses, not solutions. #CautionaryTale

Peter Ehm 🇨🇦 🚀 (@PeterEhmAuthor) reported@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Unfortunately, customer retention is a low priority for major mobile Carriers in Canada nowadays. Churn makes the bottom line sparkle for them. I simply wait until my current carrier messes up too badly to fix, then move on to a competitor. Repeat cycle every 2-3 years, sadly.
