    @freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

    @FreedomMobile is there no way to actually contact support right now? Can't get a reply through any text platform and on hold for 40 minutes on the phone
