@FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍

@freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.
