@FreedomMobile why is there no service in Quebec ? 🤔

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@Cachito305 @FreedomMobile you need to contact their support via *611 OR speak over the phone in their store to fix those specific problems. Also, treating others the way you expect to be treated goes a long way. Spreading misinformation because you couldn't get it working, shame

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

Check to ensure your device didn't just shut off data after 2 or 3GB. Also, @cakesinspector @FreedomMobile treat others the way you expect to be treated, or expect to be ignored or hung-up on. Nobody will want to deal with such rubbish.

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@freedomsupport Why are you trying to sell me the iPhone 12 then if you don't support its best feature? And what kind of modern cell company has no idea when they will have 5G? Wow. Just Wow.

  • marchaidon Marc Haidon (@marchaidon) reported

My current network want me to pay $10 more for a plan because I’m already a customer, to get the price that’s offered I would have to get a new number. So basically loyalty with @FreedomMobile is rewarded with customers having to pay more. That’s one way to lose a customer 👋

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@4770 @FreedomMobile there's no such thing as unlimited high-speed data in canada on any cellular network.

  • plutoorbust Laddie (@plutoorbust) reported

@Kyuss_Jones @freedomsupport I was with them. Their network is difficult if you leave the area. But from the sake of hassle, issues, and costumer service they were better than any provider I’ve ever been with. Once they get their network large enough I would go with them again.

  • umazes Anne's last brain cell (@umazes) reported

@NerdHerder77 @freedomsupport @usmanim97119989 Just wanted to say I had the same issue, I've already spoken to live support on Freedom Mobile's website and they told me to just try a different method like paying by calling customer support. Pretty annoying.

  • Drewmaq Drew McIntyre (@Drewmaq) reported

@FreedomMobile Due to a Freedom mobile screw up, i was overcharged by $433 and told my account was suspended. I paid the overage, just to get the phones working. 3 hrs on a chat with a live agent, still no service on 2 phones.

  • Nazkamani Nazir Kamani (@Nazkamani) reported

@freedomsupport Has my phone been unlocked as yet. I will now ping support on Facebook and messenger.
