@freedomsupport No more private messages. Freedom has had hours of them today and did nothing. Zero service, and now refuses to refund the $150 when they haven’t even activated my phone yet! Unbelievable. @CBCEdmonton I have a story for GoPublic

  • Mountainjourno1 Degeling Family (@Mountainjourno1) reported

@freedomsupport It’s very upsetting. Your staff refuse to do anything and then after saying, “oops sorry” refuse to refund the money despite not providing the service.

  • Rubyhav Ruby (@Rubyhav) reported

@FreedomMobile terrible customer service and my credit card was charged even though services were not provided. Now apparently it takes 48 hrs to activate my phone #notacceptable
