Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.

@FreedomMobile has this insane ANNUAL plan now. Unlimited texting and calling with 50GB of high speed data for a year! For people not watching garbage on data hungry apps and just need a phone this is an insane deal for around 110$ Canadian bucks. #SuckItBigCanadaTelecoms

@freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?
