    @FreedomMobile you just lost an internet and TV customer through a combination of employee incompetence and a deficient infrastructure piggyback business model. I gave you guys 8 months but its clear hybrid workers can't rely on your business and service model. 👋🏻

    After 15 years we dropped @Rogers they offered no price match or customer retention. And wouldn’t even offer the same rate as their “new to Canada” offer… @FreedomMobile FTW exact same everything and bill is down $100 month

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile NOT ONE WORD FROM ANY EMPLOYEE OR A MANAGER FROM CANADA TO ME IF THEY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE ! WHEN I FINALLY GET MY $113.39 FROM THESE ******* IN EGYPT I WILL “FIRE” THEM INSTANTLY
