    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    @FreedomMobile NOT ONE WORD FROM ANY EMPLOYEE OR A MANAGER FROM CANADA TO ME IF THEY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE ! WHEN I FINALLY GET MY $113.39 FROM THESE ******* IN EGYPT I WILL “FIRE” THEM INSTANTLY
