    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan

    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.

    Hey @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz I can get cheaper Internet and TV with Freedom mobile ! About $60.00 Cheaper ! So unless you can fix my bill going $127.00 to $181.60 I will be going with the most reliable provider in Canada ! @FreedomMobile
