  @freedomsupport I have already logged in through 2FA with a code sent to my device. The problem is not being able to update my billing address details myself like an adult after having moved well over a year ago.

  @FreedomMobile you guys are SHARKS. You don’t care whatsoever about your customers & have the WORST billing service I’ve ever experienced. Not only do I pay a bunch of $ for **** service but on top of that your company has the nerve to not even provide any time to pay off a bill.

  @Leenerrr I was so excited when I initially learned about this from you on some other tweet. Sadly, my provider @freedomsupport does not offer it. The spam calls are getting so bad lately (5+ per day) that I'm considering paying more to go to a different provider just for call control.

  @FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍
