@freedomsupport I have no text service. I uninstalled my text app and then reinstalled it. I used the default text app, but still no sms service. This is from yesterday afternoon.

@FreedomMobile i have received horrible customer service from one of your stores and they have lied to my face about certain things while ordering an iphone 12 pro max. Its been a month and when i ask them about an update they it could take a month or year, they dont know.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Paid deposit for new iPhone12Pro. Been 2 months now. Never received it! Store employees have only 1 thing to say Out of stock”! All other carriers have it available Don’t need refund Need new phone! Been customer for over 4years! Worst service ever

@FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile Me/my wife been with you guys for last 9 years on grandfather plan which you don’t provide anymore. I called and asked if I can more data for low cost or even free. I was turned down. That’s what you get I guess being loyal customers so I will be changing providers
