They make it public how you handle yourself and any of these cases are simple to settle if you side with the customer that they were told free phone with two year plan repay not free

yeah (@nexlk) reported@FreedomMobile why do accounts get put into 4 month upgrade lockout for late payment? And why isn't this made clear in the payment due SMS? I don't use pre auth because I want to see the payment amount each month. I assumed the worst case was a late fee.
