    @FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

    @MmeCClarke @freedomsupport Good luck if I was you I'd switch server it will take you two months before any customer service rep will help you or not help you at all

    @deadsquid I've had problems with @FreedomMobile since I got this phone 4? years ago... I plan to switch carriers next month because tech support never goes anywhere.

    @freedomsupport is there an outage in Ajax? I've been dialing out for the last hour and no connections. The screen indicates it's dialing but never connects.

    @freedomsupport is your stuff broken? No internet all morning, data barely works (mostly network error) and your phone support keeps disconnecting. There is no follow up text for message support either.

    @freedomsupport Investigate this for EVERYONE! .There's no way u guys wouldnt be held somewhat responsible if someone died because there was an issue dialing 911 from the @FreedomMobile network This is an issue that ur company is aware of now & a notice to the public is necessary #publichealth
