    @freedomsupport Then it should reflect in my account.. and it doesn't.. im so done with Freedom.. ive been paying my accounts always on time... got shitty service, connection issues and lied too.. if someone doesn't contact me soon.. freedom will loose 27 friends of mine all do to renew soon

    @FreedomMobile WTF.. trying to solve issues regarding my internet and my tab.. wanting to pay off.. upset because service sucks and your reps hang up on me.. 3 times... yeah that will keep me as a customer..

    @freedomsupport After being hung up on 3 times I'm not exactly motivated to call. I was hoping Freedom would appreciate me as a client and reach out but I guess that's not the case. Great customer service 👍

    @freedomsupport I got hung up on so I'll try Twitter. I want to remove the Phone Protection Plan 9 from my account. I've had the phone 3 months now, I think I'm good. There used to be codes you could use to cancel various add-ons; text that code & it gets cancelled.
