@freedomsupport The other providers with 'unlimited' plans don't charge overage either. Access to full data allotment at full data speeds Nationwide is vastly different from 1-4 Gb full data speeds off-Freedom network

@freedomsupport You rocking anything faster than 3G? Last time I tried your service (late 2017) it was like time travelling to 2008.

@freedomsupport Nevermind -- just fix your damn system please? Telling me to *leave my house* (hint: that's part of the problem) to find a dedicated Freedom kiosk\retailer to buy a top-up card at *that* store is just saying "Find a different store if you don't like that store." 🤦

Yesterday was one of the worst birthdays on record for me (like, the peak of "lockdown poverty & isolation" depression bad) & I am STILL trying to get my phone working so that I can return the few text messages I received & thank them. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile for telecommunications company you need proficient customer service agents , they are slow & lead to aggravation… like why am I in a chat with an agent to change my service and it’s been 5-7mins and they’ve still not asked what plan you’d like to switch to ?

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Freedom doesn't offer the *same service as Rogers, though. Freedom Mobile is still a regional provider. Their 'Nationwide' network is roaming on the other networks like Rogers. Note the limited data when not on Freedom network. Rogers offers true Nationwide service

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile just noticing I can’t send or receive calls on my freedom account, or get data either I don’t think. Is there some sort of issue? I’m in downtown Toronto and normally get great service

It's ridiculous that I've been trying to top-up my cellphone account so I can, oh...I don't know...USE MY CELLPHONE for 2 days & your system STILL can't process credit cards. Being told "Oh, just go to the store & buy a top-up code. Bye!" is NOT a solution. @freedomsupport
