  Just got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!

  @FreedomMobile great service-not. We're in a lockdown meaning seniors like myself are staying home. Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

  @rwpickard @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Well I am switching from them today to Koodo. I got tired of not having service as well. Dropped calls while walking within 30 minutes of my house in Fairfield??? I hope there was some justice in your experience with them!

  @freedomsupport Just chatted with another agent and as an existing, paying customer, I’m not eligible for any bonuses that you have cleverly worked into every single plan as described on your website! Looks like I better quit being a customer!
