    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Just got off with 611 retention and it was the worst experience ever. A total disgrace by a @Quebecor subsidiary. The people they hire are a disgrace to Canadian society. Can't answer simple questions and threaten customers. @CRTCHearings

    @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider
