    @freedomsupport I totally understand that Freedom wants to make sure the account to be authorized but how can a customer trust an agent who will have the PIN visible? Can’t it be encrypted? Trust should be on both ends!

    I'm so over @FreedomMobile, the money I pay a month for my phone bill is not worth this garbage *** data. There was one storm and the data goes to garbage. I bet kudo,Roger's or bells data still works perfectly fine. I don't understand why their data is horrible.

    @freedomsupport Making someone pay for extra data when YOUR towers are down and they HAVE to use the nationwide option? I’m in a freedom zone, but there’s no signal because your tower has now power. So why should I be paying the extra for the lack of service in your zone?
