    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?

    5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.

    @FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?

    @FreedomMobile why are you throttling internet up loads? can no longer upload any file larger than a photo. I'm a musician & upload music files I'm working on, but cannot upload to any cloud storage service. I can't upload from any of my computers whether I'm using Linux or W11

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
