They offered no help as well and when I mentioned I am going to switch carriers based on this interaction alone they send me to another department who says they can offer me five dollars as compensation. Anyone know a better Carrier than Freedom? @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport @meadoval4lyf I'm on the subway today too and finding the same thing! No Freedom service in any downtown Yonge stations or tunnels that normally have coverage.

@FreedomMobile When will LTE plus be available for all of Ontario? I'm in London Ontario, and I only get LTE+ in two areas, but it's as slow as 3G

@FreedomMobile cell service isn't working on TTC line 2. Did Rogers shut it down?

@APTNInvestigate might want to ask @FreedomMobile why they don't honor tax exemption for on reserve Indigenous people. Why they are rude and dismissive once they know it's an Indigenous customer. Including agents hanging up and saying to call back to get a different agent.

@FreedomMobile Will your company retain the TTC wireless network access when Shaw sells Freedom Mobile or does Rogers get the TTC wireless network as part of the Freedom telecom sale?

@freedomsupport I am sending you a DM and it keeps on failing. My settings are correct. I need to fix phone's screen damage ($39). Your service request keeps pushing for a replacement device ($129). We have the protection plan.

@FreedomMobile if all you do is make roaming fees reasonable I would switch to your service. $15/day is ridiculous - roaming in Canada with a phone from India is $1/day.

@FidoSolutions The notice was buried in your abysmal account details. Regardless, I/we have other options now. @freedomsupport and @Videotron offer better plans at better prices. Was the $2 worth losing a customer? A five year customer?
