    @FreedomMobile ? Why is it that your call centre is truly reprehensible? Why? Fix your problems. People call centre are rude, disrespectful, ugly, vicious, incompetent and a lot more! Have a manager call me immediately. Reprehensible! A disgrace

    @BaDOAN @freedomsupport @BaDOAN so did I only to be turned away as stores are only allowed to deal with issues if the phone does not work. Hopefully you faired better.

    @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with

    @freedomsupport Email password and security changed. Took my awhile to reach them to suspend the number. Damage was already done. Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.
