@freedomsupport can receive txts, but unable to send outbound txt messages since 1:12pm PST today. Called Freedom, they were unable to resolve. Sent you ticket # in DM. Can you please escalate to network tech ASAP? Others reporting similar issue, is it outbound txt outage?

@freedomsupport I made the required payment on Friday for my freedom service but Freedom canceled my services from Friday and overcharged me and my phone is still out of service and nobody from Freedom has been able to help me get my service back! It’s been 4 frustrating days!

@FreedomMobile,I cancelled ur plan in Oct 2020. In Nov 2020, Freedom issed a final balance statement and said that I will receive a refund check within 6-8 wks.I am still waiting even after 10 wks! Contacted customer service atleast 5 times but no response.Worst customer service!

I switched to @FreedomMobile in December (from Bell Mobility) and the rate of spam calls is higher and @freedomsupport says it’s not their responsibility. Well, they’re right. It’s my fault for giving Shaw a chance to be my service provider. @simplycomputing can I break contract?

@freedomsupport Fix your app. Seriously, every time I go to pay my bill it's an ordeal to log into the app. This is not a hard problem.
