@FreedomMobile rep at Marlborough mall in Calgary was not helpful to us at al. We just needed a pre paid account and transfer the number. They right away refused to help. You just lost a good customer!

@FreedomMobile you sent me an offer for free phones. When I tried to redeem it, you told me it expired2 days before. Why not write the expiry date on it? Why do your call centers tell me no one can escalate my complaint , and your actual escalation form results in no reply?

@FreedomMobile is so ****. Go outside the GTA the signal is terrible and drops constantly if you get one at all. Even inside the GTA data signal sucks and really slow also call and text just drop for hours at a time without working. Don't go with Freedom I've regretted every sec

@freedomsupport The problem is that your freedom zone is Swiss cheese. In the capital no less. I’m done, you won’t win me back with a junk network when I rely on my phone.

@FreedomMobile You need to expand your service between Windsor to Leamington. Very very very bad coverage to a point where I am looking for options to go to another carrier.

@ReinhartG @FreedomMobile I’ve been with @koodo mobile forever. Unlimited text and calling and 10G for $60 a month. I’ve never had an issue and no contract.

@freedomsupport I'm having a hard time finding it. Could you link to some table showing the plan and the throttle speeds? Online I see that its 256kbps (which is pretty bad ngl)
