When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.

The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told β buy more dataβ Why would I pay more when Iβm already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.
