Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport Hey @freedomsupport, I'm trying to pay my bill. The card I had on record expired. I can enter the new card info no problem, but it won't let me change my billing address, which is different for this card than it was for the old one. Please advise.

@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

@FreedomMobile ahhh when your agents mention to one customer on the plan to wait to upgrade for this deal and not the other. Stuck with paying $122 compared to my original $65. Nice Freedom nice. People make sure to ask more than one agent because these guys are sneaky.
